I am not doing demotions/promotions for board activity for a week or two yet, since I know a lot of people are on vacation.
But to scare you guys a bit, if I were to do them today, the following people would be demoted:

It's going to be hard to get them to post more when the updates at coming at one every 3-4 days at the moment. Pauses and slowed updating really stop people from looking at the site.

Yes, you can be demoted below E1
Your salary would change to 0, or to a negative and be deducted out of your officers salary.

Alright everybody, if your salary is 0 and you are in danger of being demoted, you're either being executed for treason for kicked out to the Rogues with no MS.

Why do we have to post here again? I just follow whatever the officers tell me to do and its not like I can actually contribute something of importance. Considering we have members like Chan who construct entire operations and include each person to the highest detail? Plus having the hardest time trying to keep up on these forums with all the posts made during the day and night. I come back from work and have no idea where to start reading. Especially when back logged up to a week or more.

Just because Chan constructs entire operations down to the last detail doesn't mean everything is perfect. There is room for debate and discussion and such. If its perfect, you say so to improve morale.
Ket probably wants people to post here because even if they don't contribute anything of meaning, they show that they understand whats going on at least.
Next week I should transfer to EF, and not post for a year to drain their RP. That'll show em!

People have to post for two reasons.
#1, people have to post so that if through capture or the 1000RP service the other side gets access to the boards, there's stuff on there that's useful to them.
#2, people have to post because everybody has to be active. In this game being inactive and on the roster is more detrimental to your side than not being in the game at all. The only way that I can guarantee that somebody is active is if they're posting.
I don't expect everybody to form complicated plans, and I don't expect people to post every day. But I do expect about a sentence of posted text a week from everybody.
Everybody on that list hadn't made a single forum post in the side boards in at least 15 days when I put it up.

Well, that answers my questions. Though, I doubt it will change my habits (or lack thereof). My goal is like that of Char, except to slowly drain the resources of Zeon rather than kill them directly (or indirectly). Oops I gave away my plan.
