Yeah, we do kinda need to end him, but how do we do it? He hides, we're unable to do anything but wait.
Actually I have an idea: Nuclear Charge. It's expensive, but it's well worth it, and since we're not using it against the Feddies I don't think it'll rile them NPC wise.

Nuclear Charges show up on the bases page. So he'd know there is one, and likely Ket may let him activate it or steal it.

I checked with Ket, and he stated explicitely that the nuke doesn't show up on the bases page.

Nuke isn't really a good idea for multiple reasons, one being (as stated above) that it could probably be stolen or something crazy, and also it's against the dumb Antarctic Treaty.
If we violate the Antarctic Treaty, all of a sudden it becomes a brand new ballgame and since the EFGF makes much more money than we do, that's a dangerous proposition for us.

Actually... if it happens to go off while a non-Antarctic Treaty group is in possession of the base, I don't think it is in violation

Gap - I checked with Ket on that as well, and he said that the feddies wouldn't be riled up by us nuking marauders.
I'm still for doing this, or dropping the Apsalas on it from orbit.
