Hellsing Fleet:
Mecklen Class: lvl4 Musai Hellhawk (O) Ship State: Damaged - 1x Marines
There are two MS Slots still open. I can fight on there as an infantry unit.
Keeping Side 5 off limits for the duration of the truce is fine by me too.

Chan you'll excuse me if I don't feel like wandering into the middle of his fleet. You can always join it yourself.

A ceasefire can be effect for the duration of the transfer, I think. Besides, it's not like I can order a NPC fleet to attack you. Besides, Hellsing is in check by Wyatt fleet.

According to Ket, I think the officers have to vote to agree on this negotiation first....

Yes.
Need a majority of officers on both sides to vote.
That's 4 EF officers and 3 Zeon atm

It has my thumbs up. (Haven't read it, but don't want my inactivity to stall things.)
Scratch that. Apparently Matthew put a condensed version up on the officers' forum. b d.

I assume pc on pc ambushes are not covered in this truce?

that would be combat, which is prohibited by the truce.

Since the EFSF values each and every soldier, and due to concerns raised at reports that Emil Myberg has been incarcerated at Solomon, and out of concern for Myberg's psychological fragility, if Myberg is not returned by and transported by Zeon forces to +2DE space and to our custody, Wu Jinyuan's cost of return will instead be 3,000 RP. Our reports show that your extensive mining operations can produce this relatively quickly.
If, however, Myberg is returned with his suit, the former offer of a cease-fire and a trade stands.

Emil Myberg's decision is his own, whatever that choice might be.

I'm sorry, I don't understand how that affects the exchange of prisoners. Upon reviewing your requests, I have found reason to believe you intend to recapture Seaman Myberg after the agreement to re-release him. Why else would you request to find sanctuary in the Hellsing Fleet?

Fair enough, so I propose you transport Myberg with an armed escort, and we will make a trade honestly, where neither of us will fire in fear of hitting our fellow soldier.
