I think in the end, Radune should do what would make this game fun and entertaining for him. He's here to enjoy himself, to roleplay a little, and to have a good time.
So whichever he wants to do, it's up to him.

We either get Radune with his suit in exchange for you(Chan) and the lvl3 Zaku II E with the temporary truce or 3,000 rp. Pretty clear cut.

No, I jus talked to Latooni, I will vote to return Radune to you, straight up for Chan. Him not joining us is more valuable to you than Chan's character to us. You also get his suit back, no problem.
IC you should know he has the ability to defect, maybe not necessarily that he will, but that his personality lends its self to possibility. I see this as reasonable considering circumstances.
