ATM, when a player joins a ship or a fleet, I remove their MS team and add it to the ship or fleet entry. I do this so I won't accidentally have ships/fleets towing more stuff than they can actually carry.
However, at the same time it can be confusing because every time they get on or leave the fleet I have to edit two pages. Recently Marcus left the Dragon, I accidentally didn't remove his 2 Doms from it, added his 2 Doms to his MS team so suddenly we had 4 lvl5 Doms, then he tried to board Dragon again and I told him he couldn't because its MS slots were already full of Doms.
So what would you guys prefer.
Would you prefer MS teams to stay in the MS team slots, or would you prefer them to be moved to the ship/fleet slots.

Would it be too messy to include something like, lvl5Domx2[Aldo] on the fleet page?

I say to just leave them listed in the rosters out of convience because they are already right there and that way you dont needs to do more to the fleets page thyan is required.

I think action emails should include MS team NPCs. For instance, "Marcus and his MS Team(2x lvl5 Dom) leaving Dragon." Then Ket can just look at the fleet page, and remove Marcus, and 2 lvl 5 Doms. But nametagging player owned npc's would also work.

Nametagging or just asking for what you want in your MS team when you leave a ship/fleet both seem like good ideas.

I like the nametagging idea if it doesn't make life more difficult for Ketara. The only problem I see with what Feyd and Zerodash mentioned is that it can be very easy for some people to get greedy and just e-mail that you want XYZ from the fleet or ship when you leave it. I doubt Ketara will remember or spend more time checking who owns what.

Another idea is that you could put the total number of MS that each PC represents in the fleet, and then leave the MS in the MS teams.
For example, I have one NPC in my team and am in the 87th Integrated fleet at the moment, so mine would look like:
87th Integrated Fleet: Tenants: Aurem Senaiha(2) (Blackhawk), Edmund Blackadder (Blackhawk), Jarvis Ackart (Blackhawk), Thorvald Siggurdson (Blackhawk)
That way you can still keep count, you only have to edit one page, and when you remove the PC from a fleet, his MS team moves with him automatically. If you don't like the (2), you could also do (+1).
