Time Sensitive
During the withdrawal from RF-3 we received reports that an experimental mobile armor of Zeon make is in the area and unprotected. This places the AU in position to carry out an attack of opportunity to possibly capture or destroy the target, however our means at the moment are limited. Current supply lines of the AU are being funneled to our primary objective. This attack can only be carried out with EFF support.
We have a supplier that can provide us with six Zeon Dopps, a Zaku Worker, a Petite, and a large quantity of high yield explosives. The use of Dopps will allow us to approach the target with minimal suspicion and deliver the explosive payload needed to ground it. The construction mobile suits will be needed to extricate the pilot and recover the unit if possible. EFF projected expenses to fund the mission are 468 RP. The AU will cover the ground transportation needed to perform this mission.
I will lead the operation myself.

While this target is of high value to our current operations, we are currently limited in our budget requirements for other operations. As well the purchase of the provided units does not provide us with a future guarantee that they will always be utilized for operations to our choosing. Noting the fact that we already will be sending you 50 RP for the services provided in the past by the destruction of RF-3, what about if we sent you an additional 300 RP, with a 200 RP bonus for the complete destruction of the unit or a 500 RP bonus for the delivery of the experimental Apsalus II mobile armor to federation hands.

Acceptable, but keep in mind that we are risking far more than supplies to carry out this attack knowing Zeon forces will be in position to quickly retaliate.
