Still a work in progress, will change as I get confirmation that the 9th Fleet's entry on the Fleets page is correct.

Alec Irusk
- Move to North America along with your ship.
Ando Shoji
- Move to North America.
- 9th Combined Operations Fleet ambushes 87th Integrated Fleet.
Persephone Dawn
- Ambush the 87th Integrated Fleet in cooperation with the 9th Combined Operations Fleet.
Marko Dresner
- Disembark from Stilva, ambush 87th Integrated Fleet in coordination with 9th Combined Operations Fleet.
Rhett Paruta
- We've already discussed this, and Draco is going to wipe out the 77th Fleet in North America today, but I thought I'd list it here for the hell of it.
Strategy
- The 9th Combined Operations Fleet will ambush the 87th Integrated Fleet and attempt to inflict enough losses to force a withdrawal by the enemy.
- This mission is intended to be an all-out offensive on the enemy fleet.
- Once the enemy fleet has been located, all troops are to be deployed in the surrounding area and begin their individual assignments immediately.
- Dragon and Stilva are to fly straight towards the fleet, accompanied by Persephone Dawn, Alain Grace, Marko Dresner, and Ferusha Glavadeen (along with all fighters) in loose formation.
- Persephone Dawn, Marko Dresner, Alain Grace, and Ferusha Glavadeen (and MS teams) will be flying on Dodai YS and Dodai II aircraft at extremely low altitude to attempt evasive manuvers against incoming AA.
- Dragon and Stilva are to strafe the Himalaya and Everest-class vessels, respectively, with MPC fire.
- Failing that, both vessels will align for a final descent as kamikaze weapons.
- Once the destruction of either Dragon / Stilva or Everest / Himalaya is confirmed, Marko Dresner, Persephone Dawn, Alain Grace, and Ferusha Glavadeen are to immediately turn to the Everest or Black Hawk and engage them at point blank range.
- Bryce Hollerfelt (Hidolfr) will lead all Magella and Gunship Heli forces to secure the beach closest to the enemy fleet, and begin "hit and run" style artillery attacks and fire support while in scattered formation on the enemy fleet (targeting the Everest primarily).
- Duncan Keystone (Gouf) will lead all Zaku II J and K forces to a secondary beach position, and serve as point defense of Magella team as well as supplemental artillery presence.
- Noelle Everett and Liger are to serve as roving sentry, to patrol and intercept for any flanking maneuvers and also to secure a potential retreat.
- Schmerz, Rhinocerous, and Xamel units will establish a third, stationary artillery position, and begin artillery bombardment focusing primarily on the Everest-class vessel; visual targeting and communication from first two artillery squads will be used if all Lugguns are destroyed or otherwise disabled.
- Ritter Novosad (Panzergrenadiers) will attempt to board and capture the Gofannon, or disable it if that is not possible.
