I've been discussing this with Daren, and I told him I'd get something up this weekend, and I am pretty tired so I am going to place this here with the proposed ideas so we can debate. I will flush each one, or the one we choose in detail once I've gotten some rest, but here we go.
Right now our personal Assets available to us in our area of the map is the STFU fleet.
I had wanted to hit the Indian Ocean Naval Convoy, take it out and break their RP bank even more. Though Daren has expressed interest in taking out Malta, and capturing a Himalaya... which I am all for as well, would be nice to have the Naval Carrier to field the proper air support.
Indian Ocean
Pros
-Hurt the Feds by taking away side RP income
-Only Ocean not bordered by West Arctic
Cons
-Pretty exclusively a Naval battle
Malta
Pros
-Could hit it while EFGF is still licking wounds and recuperating from South America
-HIMALAYA! (I so think Hans Bond, Sea Lance, and a Panzer squad could capture it! XD)
Cons
-Pro longs hitting their supply fleets even more
-would be quite an undertaking
I think in argument for Malta, would be step back into reclaiming Europe as we were trying for originally, and would draw the Federation that way, allowing us to move onto our next shot, the Indian Ocean while they're still reacting to Malta still.
In argument for Indian Ocean, I could take it with the fleet I have, I feel that way at least, and while I am doing that, would allow the rest of the SS to take out RF-3 and extinguish any hold AU had for the moment. Also would, like I stated earlier, allow us to hurt them in their wallet sooner.
