Yay promotions!
Anyways, the Chivvay is disabled and, more to the point, nobody is in fighting shape. Slightly more worrisome is that Cygnus Beta is in the area, and I have no idea how many of them are balloons. It's got no PCs but in our position, it could still be problematic, given that an attack order can and will negate a repair order.
I'd recommend everyone Overwatch for the next few days just in case, at least until we get moving.
Maybe I'm just worrying too much again

Just as I expected the three PCs from +1DE are in +2DE. Cygnus Fleet Beta is all real ships as far as I know.
The PCs may be able to book it for +3DE. ZEF is going to try to join Dren Fleet today. I'm going to see if we can afford all of the Zaku II HMTs to fill the MS Slots left by the PCs.
Damn good work last night though. The only downside is the Chivvay II.

Jim brought up the idea of using balloons before.
I'm thinking of buying a dummy balloon of a Tivvay and Chivvay II for the fleet while the real Tivvay and Chivvay II leave the ZEF and join Dren Fleet. Also purchase an artillery support and MS Support service.
I think spending 225 + 325 RP is worth preserving the two fighting ships. I need to ask if a Disabled ship can leave, join another fleet, then do an Emergency action.

So here's the plan.
We buy a Tivvay Dummy Balloon, a Chivvay II Dummy Balloon, an Artillery Service, and a MS Support Service.
THEN, Frenzy takes his Chivvay II-class "Azrael" and leaves ZEF, only to THEN join Dren Fleet, and THEN do an emergency repair.
I do the same with the Tivvay-class "Lucifer's Fury": leave ZEF, join Dren Fleet.
Frenzy will be buying the dummy balloons (225 + 325 = 550 RP) and Laredo will buy the services (100 RP + 125 RP = 225 RP)
Everyone else goes on Overwatch. Let's be sneaky people!

Arty support would probably do much damage while MS support might be more convincing of a trap.
Then again, you're not trying to convince them for more than a battle, right?
