So basically we have a lot of NPC ships with no rp'd NPC's which makes events boring. This is mostly due to the fact that the people like me who own said ships are too busy/lazy to put in the effort to RP them.
My idea is to let those people who really want to RP a ship do so even if they do not necessarily own it.
If your RPing is good and we know you are a regularly active member this could even result in the ownership of said ship being transferred to your name.
This would help counter the complaints that only officers get to have ships cause we always pool our RP through them.
I'm thinking we could also have someone be in charge of making/updating a community ship profile, where a profile for each of our ships would be listed to make it easier for the writers to locate.
What do you guys think?

I think it's a great idea. More roleplaying is never a bad thing.

I'm horrible at the actual act of rping. But I come up with charecter ideas all the time. Maybe I could flush them out and past them on to someone else to fill the ship profiles

Let me know if anything you ever want, even with Kyle's ship will try to update whatever we can about it all and keep people in line with it all. I want more people RPing and I want to keep them together as much as possible.

How about we just start a thread involving the characters we got before the battle, since it's still probably being written, work from there, and then get involved with the attack. We can have it be our little weekend project to get everyone involved in the Zeon Rape-Fest to just post something involving the game, work it out into character, and get a good group RP going by the end of it.
At least with group RP's, everyone will feel more motivated to get involved, since it's being more involved.
So, if I start a group RP for this weekend, will the EFGF involved with this attack actually post and be active?
