Something I forgot to do yesterday.
Divisions minimum VP/CP were updated, same as if we went through a shop change. It's not a shop change, just another check to make sure new members have a little bit more leeway.
Note however that this also means NPC pilots get 2 more VP per level, so lvl1 NPCs are now 16 VP instead of 14, and lvl5 NPCs are now 80 VP instead of 70.
