A Rick Dom was floating motionlessly in space. Inside there was a young boy. Emil Myberg simply sat there without moving for a while. Suddenly, he starts screaming, trying his hardest to rip his helmet off, to get some air to breathe. As soon as he got it off, he threw it aside.
"Damnit! Damn it! GODDAMNIT!"
Emil stopped screaming for a while, instead bursting out into tears.
"Damnit.. why didn't she just give up.."
Curling himself up into a ball, he kept crying his heart out. Somehow, he could hear the soft voice of a woman.
"You know, you still look like you came straight out of the tech academy."
The voice catched Emil's attention, and he looked around, trying to find the source of the voice. The slim Rachel Arronax seemingly passed through the wall of the cockpit, almost like a ghost. Her slim build was reinforced by a pair of wings on her back, like those of an angel. She was able to light up the entire cockpit with her brilliant smile and shining eyes. Her entire body seemed to be shining, almost like.. she really was an angel.
"We both knew this could happen. We can try to ignore it, but the true horror of war will hit us all eventually."
He knew she was right. But he still couldn't help but to feel guilty. He had been there as her life ended, after all.
"Miss Arronax! I'm so sorry! It's.. It's all my fault!"
The ghostly figure of Rachel Arronax leaned in closer to Emil. She proceeded to give him a hug.
"It's okay. It's not your fault. You just did what you had to do."
Emil yelled out her name once more.
"Miss Arronax!"
He tried to hug her back, but as soon as he touched her, she dissipated into what seemed to be a million shining feathers. After a little while of crying, Emil saluted, and starting singing an old song he had heard was Rachel Arronax favourite song, in order to send her off.
"Kikoeru ka kikoeru darou harukana todoroki"
"Yami no naka kokoro yusaburu mezame hajimaru"
"Daichi wari sosori tatsu sugata seigi no akashi ka"
"Densetsu no kyojin no chikara ginga kirisaku"
"Otakebi ga denkou sekka no ichigeki o yobu"
"Furueruna hitomi korase yo fukkatsu no toki"
"Hito yo inochi yo hajimari o miru"
"Supeesu rannauei Ideon, Ide・o・un~"
"Supeesu rannauei Ideon, Ide・o・uuun~"
