Alright, clinical depression is making it difficult for me to continue balancing a very leading officer's role in the EFSF, and searching for/holding a job at hours I do not yet know. This is partially why I've been slipping in duties.
I need to know exactly who would be willing and able to step up to take control of pretty much everything should I quit.
I'd also like to know who'd bother to keep playing should I quit.
This is not an absolute thing, but I'd like to give you a guys a headsup in case I'm unable to continue juggling both and have to pull out.

Well you know I've been working hard trying to contribute for the past few weeks and I have no intention to stop playing if you leave.
I've been constanly plotting and thinkiing out how to move around space with the fleets with you for weeks. So I feel like I have made some progress in terms of being competent.

You know, they make medication for that; I have to take it. I'm kinda invested in this game now, mostly because of you, and I don't really have a choice in whether I can quit or not. But I don't have nearly as much fun when you're not around :/ Don't let me keep you from getting a job or anything. It's not like your NEET pride is at stake. Oh god... I'm the only person who's around as much as you used to be, at least. Oh god, does that mean that I'm qualified for the position oh god oh god not sure if want

Also, don't feel like you're stuck doing everything or nothing. If you want to take a back seat, in a way, feel free to do so. Whatever you do, don't think the world's going to end if you don't play your gundam ar pee gee heaven forbid

I know I can't do it solo, but I would try my best to help the others.

I'm not in the EFSF, but I still hope you don't quit us cold turkey. You've invested a lot of time in this, and deserve to see it through. Dial it down a few notches if you need to; you seem to be in good company in the EFSF.
Plus, we'd miss you.

Just council it, and delegate.
