We had noticed that you made the Lleu Llaw Gyffes movement but you didn't move the Gofannon as requested, so we posted the error of the Gofannon's position on the Roster Error, but your response to it worries me. I understand quite well that if you make something unclear in an email that it deserves a "YOUR fault." For example if a ship movement were dumped deep down inside a rant about strategy for a combat or something but I don't really see how this email could result in his a "Its your fault" sort of situation. I really thought that is what the Roster Errors page was for anyhow, correction of small faults like this that you can easily understandably make given the fact that updates at this point in the game are large and complex. If his email is unclear please provide instructions on how to make a movement like this clear in the future so that the same result does not occur. Provided is a screen shot of Kyle's email:

First, let me explain why the email is unclear.
It's in complete sentences.
You know what the most aggravating thing is when you're trying to read and organize 50 action emails in under 30 minutes?
Sentences.
"Hello there, for my action today I would like to move Gofannon to the Atlantic Ocean"
WAY harder to read than
"Gofannon -> Atlantic Ocean."
Especially when, in order to be on time, I have to read the entire email and write down all the actions in 30 seconds. Yesterday when I was doing emails I was also talking to Chris about some emo crisis AND talking to Anastasia about secret Odessa related business at the same time. What I don't need is people throwing useless shit into their emails that increases the amount that I have to read without adding anything pertinant to the email.
I read Kyle's email. I put his shit on my file. Later when I saw Gofannon wasn't on there I went and re-checked his email and STILL didn't see anything about Gofannon on there. So I didn't move it.
I am sick and tired of getting obtuse and unclear emails. You need to realize that your email is just one out of fifty that I have to read and understand in a very short amount of time. There are multiple threads on this forum giving examples on how to write a proper email. None of those threads contain a single example where things are explained using more text than is absolutely necessary.
The only reason why you guys are being so anal about this now is because I have been overly accomodating for a long ass time. We're into our SRS BZNZ ODESSA shit, the emails are getting increasingly confusing, and I am not going to be accomodating for a while.
Live with it.

My travel email usually looks like Marko Dresner From -Location- to -Location- with the locations bolded.
Do you want me to make it simpler or is that cool Ket?

Punishing Kyle so severely for a 26 word email seems pretty extreme to me. It also seems a little unfair to get no warning and suddenly have emails called unclear when you have been accepting those same type of emails for more than 3 months now.
I know you're busy and have a shit-ton of emails to go through everyday, so perhaps a quick list of people who you think need to write clearer emails would help reduce some of the confusion and save you time in the long run with clearer emails. Otherwise people are going to continue sending the same emails and assume they are clear enough for you.
