This here be Samuel Riley, leader of the pirate bastards from Black Rock. I roam the seas, harass the innocent, rape and pillage and do whatever I damn well please on accountin' I can. But there be no profit in fightin' everyone, so here I stand.
I propose, officially on whatever level of authority a pirate bastard has, to offer you my flag for the duration of my time Earthside. In doing so, you allow me a certain level of autonomy and any spoils I may so acquire harassing the Fed'ration.
I harass the Earthies, and you leave me the hell alone to do as I please.
