A word of advice for any of you feeling down. Cheer up and dig in. We make 1700 a week from paychecks alone we can make up any losses we take quickly with in 2 weeks. No one bitched in Zeon space who they got their asses kicked(except Frenzy :P) they pulled themselves together and dug in and endured and now they have the shoe on their foot and are about to try and kick our asses with it. We can build a respectable fleet to take on whatever Chan plans to throw at us we just need to fight them on our terms and fight them in a battle that favors us. We're not dead yet so don't give up damn it just because times are tough.
Down to business. After paychecks this week we should have 4426 rp to spend on refitting what we have and buying ships and suits. So on monday everyone needs to send in their rp to me on Monday and I will make the purchases the following day(s). Which brings me to the next issue at hand. Nuke I wanted to ask your permission for this before I go and do it, but would you be fine if we refit your Salamis to a Kai? At this point we need it and I would fill your ship up with GMs. Also I would like to have two cents of everyone on what exacly everyone would feel we should have in order to go in to combat against the Butt Pirate Zeek Cabal. Right now because of how badly we got hit I'm leaning heavily toward adjusting our plans for Odessa slightly. I don't want to risk us going out in Earth's orbit tearing up patrols and every butt pirate zeon fag come by to pick a fight with us having no exit strategy. I'm wanting us to go out and shadow the zeeks.
We know from access to the zeek comms that Chan is planning to hit another 2e Fleet to free up another against us meanwhile they escort Cid to Side 6. No doubt that is for repairs. Chan mentioned that was part of the "Arrangement" he made with the butt pirate. Sooooo That means we can just consider us fighting a Gwazine as very likely. Right now I'm thinking we just shadow them till they escort Cid to Side 6. Once they get him there we could depending on the ZEF. We could pick a fight with the regular ZEF force which I think we can take. Or if they left with the Gwazine we could go on patrol in 2e. With that we could gain the upperhand in a ambush.
This is all really depending on what we get Tuesday or Wensday and what the ZEF does. One thing is for sure if their is any kind of escape from Odessa with the use of ginga/hlvs we could intercept that group as they travel through 2e. I expect to run in to Ridden since the Zeon space supply fleet rolled out without its usual compliment of papuas. So I think the Zeeks have brought that along to possibly escort escaped Odessa peeps into friendly zeek territory in space. I'm sure their would be rp involved if we nail a few of them.
Keep in mind I typed this up while in a slight coma(couldn't sleep) so some of my shit in the second half of the post talking about strategic stuff may not even work since I dont feel like reading the rules and checking to see if any of it is doable. I figure I would get the conversation going at least on that front. Please do take the logistic part seriously.
