Not sure if a rogue contacting me is metagaming or what but, if it's not, here goes.
Zepp has contacted me with an offer to smuggle me and my M.S. team into Zeek territory (rf-3) I was wondering what targets would help with this op. or any input you may have.
He would like me to buy a Medea for him with a small investment and something to help with a Dopp patrol.

If you really want to go to Central Asia you can but most of us, including you, will be going there soon anyway. There really aren't any targets that a single MS team could handle anyway.
Imo, you're better off waiting till the fleet moves there.
I for one do not trust Zepp, and would avoid working with him.

Smuggling into Zeek territory using an EF Medea seems like a plan made of fail anyway. And his requesting something to counter Dopps makes him sound like a poorly armed taxi service more than a smuggler.

He's been nagging me non stop about job offers, just like that one. He wants to be my lawyer, he wants me to do this and that, its blegh. He keeps trying to fish for Feddie plans too.

I suppose if he's going to go blabbing about plans we could always "leak" false plans to him. See if the Zeeks bite and make a bad move.
Unless we do it officially through the forums though, that might be metagaming.

I try to avoid talking to him somewhat as well, he just talks all the time and most of it is bullshit, I don't trust him at all either. I don't want to have any dealings with him if we can manage.

From what I've seen of him, he's more inept than sneaky. Then again, he might be inept and sneaky. His character is supposed to be anti-Zabi family, so I wouldn't feed him false information yet. No sense in making an enemy out of him until we have good reason to do so.

Let me clarify my statment:
I have nothing against Zepp, personally, he's just been trying to play the game as a double agent.
The fact that he attacked our Himalya is enough to put him on my 'bad' list.

My bullshit sense is tingling, boys and girls. I say we ignore him till after Odessa, if we're even interested at all... I don't know that his services would actually be all that useful--can he do anything that we can't do cheaply and effectively ourselves? On the other hand, what if he tries to kidnap some of our guys and hold them hostage/sell them to the Zeeks? It sounds like baaaaaad business.

Yeah, I most def don't want to get involved with him. He knows Zeon will pay for my head so he'd probably jump at the chance, like thomas said, to sell some of us.

thomasI agree. Ignore him - politely, but firmly - for now, and perhaps forever. He has nothing: No ships, no RP, no combat experience. He really wants to get paid for stuff, but he can't really do much. I don't think we have to worry about him much. I suspect the Zeeks regard him similarly. Also: Someone should really tell him to use the forums to post job offers. Trying to arrange things through chat is sloppy, at best. He should know that most of us check the forums regularly.

Goddess offered a similar service (Scouting/smuggling) but for EFSF, and she actually has a ship xD
Edit: She also has a history of working for the federation, as well as a hatred for Zeon. Just throwing this out there.

To test the water, ask Zepp if he'd be willing to taxi another character over that doesn't have a bounty. Preferably one that Zeon won't give a rat's ass about.
See his reaction to it and how willing he is to go with it. That should determine whether or not we can trust him well enough.
