It was a quiet night and the lights of the Federation's approaching fleet could be seen in the distance as Marina stared out across the horizon; The waters were calm with an eerie serenity - the calm before the storm - as the moon reflected off their surface, illuminating the landscape.
The young girl couldn't help but let her mind wander as the ocean breeze unseated her hat, causing it to sit crookedly upon her head, her blond hair reflecting the moonlight as it blew in the wind.
Was that Gundam with the fleet; Would she be strong enough, or would she let Xavier down; Who was that strange woman, what did she want with Xavier?
Her deep blue eyes moved their gaze from the sea to the silver pendant that rest in her hands.
"He's not the person you think he is~" A hushed voice rang out from the shadows as a woman in a form fitting all black Schutzstaffel uniform stepped out into the light. A devious smile spread across her face as the moonlight seemed to illuminate her green eyes.
"My, what a pretty little girl." Catalina prodded the young captain mockingly as she circled Marina.
Marina cut her eyes at her guest as she approached her; the deep blue eyes becoming cold as ice as she stared Catalina down. She did not care much for this woman, and was not about to back down and yield to her. The Schutzstaffel captain stood her ground and did not flinch.
"What do you want..." She scowled as the woman came to a stop in front of her.
"Aw, don't be like that." Catalina feigned being hurt as she frowned at the young girl's sharpness. Marina seemed to bristle at the mocking attitude taken by the woman in black, her teeth gritting together and her fist clenching at her side.
"I'm just out enjoying the fresh air, and the night sky. Was completely coincidence to run into you up here." A smile that betrayed her lie spread across her face as she stepped forward, leaning in. Catalina's lips brushed Marina's ears lightly as she whispered quietly. "Your precious father figure is nothing more than a killer; a monster masquerading as a man."
"Hold your tongue!" Marina pushed the woman away forcefully. Catalina couldn't help but chuckle to herself amusingly as she watched the young girl begin to shake. "Look at Daddy's little girl trying to act all grown up, how cute."
"What?" She looked at Marina in pretend shock.
"He never mentioned what he did? The state he was in after his precious daughter died?" Catalina straightened her uniform as she continued to keep her gaze on the young captain.
"You're nothing but an insolent whore! Leave me in peace before I have you esco-" She stopped mid sentence as her eyes widened. Marina could see the hand coming to strike her but was unable to move.
"Why you pretentious little b-" She began to growl mid swing, but was interrupted abruptly as her hand came to a halt.
"ENOUGH!" Xavier grabbed Catalina's arm and pulled her away from his captain. He glared at the seductress, his eyes burning with anger as he squeezed tightly around her wrist; he was growing tired of this woman...
