The orbital situation is not as bad as the ground portion of Odessa, but we still have a tough job to do.
In terms of what I think what we should accomplish in space:
Objectives:
1) Protect as many HLVs as possible
2) Destroy as much of the BOLLOCKS fleet as possible
As for our pros and cons:
Advantages:
1) We can selectively place our ships where they matter the most
2) Our ships all have MS Hangars
3) We are grouped together while the EFSF is spread out in four groups
4) High level named NPCs
Disadvantages:
1) EFSF has more combat ships and more units in general
2) EFSF has more PCs
3) EFSF on average has better MS

So based on the fact that the HLVs are arriving in L24, M23, M25, and N24 where the Zanzibars are right now, I want to move
I - Tirpritz to L26 while firing on IV - Ogre
III - Kergeren to K25 while firing on IV - Ogre
II - Penguin to M27 while firing on III - Orc
IV - Shooting Star to N28 while firing on III - Orc
This should sink the two Salamis Kais while moving the four ships out of the way of the next group of HLVs. We can then use decelerate to drop them to L23, K22, M21, and N22 respectively. We can then just seesaw the four ships back and forth for three turns as HLVs come up before heading east.
I want to deploy the XIII - Falmel to H28 and the 5x lvl 4 Zaku II F with it. That MS group is to target the V - Boss Borot. The other two Musais I want to hold back until Charlie group launch its MS/Saberfish.
I want the rest of the MS on the four Zanzibars to stay around the ships to protect them on turn 1.
