Who has total command of Zeon Ground?
The answer in the chatroom was somewhat complicated and involved petty squabbles.

Which may be one of the issues, Its really between you or I, Zero. I think we need to come together with a clear chain of command, less of this indecision and lack of communication. I will gladly take the role, if you two would support it.
Now i'm not saying, hey, i'ma make all the decisions, but we need a direction and what not. We will be making more use of this board and more planning and what not. If that is ok with y'all?

I too believe that a clear chain of command would be best and would gladly back Chris for the lead role. Zero and I will still naturally have advisory roles, and we will be free to object to/ veto anything we believe is not in Zeon's best interest, but Chris will still be the one providing the general direction. Now that we've somewhat settled that... Odessa is going to end and we have a number of things to deal with. For starters, there's a shop change. I'd like to get some idea of what we can expect our own forces to evolve to following the battle. Second, I'd like to know how much RP we're going to have to play with / who we can trust to provide it. I assume that all Zeon PCs on Earth will provide RP to their officers if asked, but if it works on a divisional basis, I'd like to know that now so we can deal with it. Once we have these two administrative tasks done with, I believe we can get into the nitty gritty of planning out our next action.

in regards to the divisional basis, was partially... or mostly my fault. As the SS officer, and having radically differing ideas than Matthew, a lot of it was split between TAF and SS... MAF was just kinda in the middle...>.> I need to rectify that.

Is there any reason to believe that split will continue from this point on?
I'd prefer that all our funds be pooled and then divided out to specific projects; projects that are coordinated to work together towards one common objective.

I worked the SS as a smaller task force, that pretty effectively took out targets intended... though being a smaller unit, lead to more loses than I would have liked to have suffered. SEA HQ is biggest example of that.
TAF ran around attempting to make grander attacks and power moves.
I would like to maybe keep divided in sense of projects, but not in sense of divisions anymore... we need to weigh options, and what not. Odessa may bring a lot of changes we need to account for. i dunno what they will be outside of shop change, and needing to address all the bases we just lost.

I'm not so sure on the division thing. Sure, the SS did their thing and kicked ass, and the TAF did their thing and kicked ass for a little bit. But we did it in separate directions that in no way complimented each others work. We had no unified front, no correlating sense of objectives after our initial break up in Europe and what not. We did fairly well when we worked and coordinated together, and we did fairly badass separated as well....But it's like I said, our actions didn't connect with one another in any way and as such we made no real progress.
I have no problem with Chris leading the effort so long as he's willing to listen to advice and what not, I know I'm not in any kind of position experience wise to be attempting to lead the TAF. I agree that the SS as a smaller task force worked wonderfully, and the TAF as a big kick-in-the-face worked good as well. What we need to work on is organizing these two aspects so that we can actually do something useful with them.
Instead of separating with the TAF trying to kick people's faces in while the SS goes into a different theater of war to be all sneaky killy I really believe we would benefit if we selected one theater of war and dedicated both squads to working there, with flexibility in regards to responding to the Feddies moves. As it stands whether we lose or keep Odessa we've lost considerable ground on Earth, ground we'll need to reclaim ASAP after Odessa.
In terms of money sharing, I've never had any problem giving my money away and neither has Naomi [Who's activity is fairly sporadic mostly due in part to her time zone] the only time it's really bothered me or her is when our own MS teams were basically non-existent and we kept funneling our money into other stuff. I even gave Chris my money on a few occasions only to have it sink to the blue depths thanks to aquaman, but he lets the TAF borrow the Orbital Drop Cannon of d00m so it's mostly cool.
So yeah? Main point of my post; we could stay divided in a sense, but we need to work together toward something.
Quick question. What's up with Gap? I haven't seen him post anything in forevar.

We were kicking around the idea of losing the division distinction; basically going for the idea that if it's Zeon and it's on the ground then it's all working towards one goal. That way we can mixed division task forces that are all working towards one goal.
So no division anymore and everyone working towards the same goal.
Would you be for that Zero?

Alright then. We still need an idea of who is paying into our coffers but we can hold off on that until we know who will survive Odessa. In the mean time though...
Rio De Janeiro
Chris brought up the idea of wiping it out before the Jaburo event.
Do we want to make this our first big project? I was kind of thinking that we may want to wipe out the EFGF's fleets first but it's always good to have a long term goal.

Not first one, its something to consider before Jaburo, but I feel we should look at 2 targets.

I'm an officer now, so here's an update on current TAF operations.
Right now the TAF is reorganizing for two missions:
1. The new A-Team Fleet is assembling for attacks on either the Atlantic or Pacific Resupply Fleet. To this end, I have asked Zero, MyTitan, and Ender to purchase either a HyGogg or two Acguys each. I will be purchasing Dopps, Lugguns, Acguys, and Marines for A-Team on Day 1 of Week 18.
2. G-Force is repaired and will attempt to move to the West Arctic for a strike against Augusta. Depending on how much RP I receive from members on Day 1 of the week, I may or may not be purchasing Dopps to fill its flight support slots. If I do, I may purchase L0s so I can fill the six vehicle slots and then get a L0 Marine squad for Berkhalter.

I'm just taking a break til I respawn, Odessa was a bitch, y'all have been taking over planning, and I gave some input, but y'all are all over the place with ideas and I just needed to take a step back before I got frustrated.
