Most of you groundpounders need to figure out what kind of groups you want.
I want two groups of PC's by the end of the week, one in the Pacifc and one in the Atlantic so we are ready for action next week.
This does not mean we only need to have two groups for future operations but I would like to have a number of PC's in each of those two oceans.

Proposed groups:
Based on who has RP'd together and is likely to do so again frequently, as well as maintaining a balance of RP, VP, officers and All Range capability.
Certain requests and trends were also factored in.
Specializations were not factored into VP calculations, and in Seth's case CP was used in place of VP.
Other ships/fleets, such as the LLG were not factored into these calculations. The only NPCs counted were MS in people's MS teams. Vehicles, marines and aircraft were not counted for simplification and because they tend to have relatively shorter lifespans anyway.
Should also be noted that groups may have to adjust as people decide for sure whether they want to move to space or not.

Something else I noticed. If everyone in the EFGF pitched in to one person, we'd have enough to buy a Gray Phantom. If we put the Gray Phantom and 2 Medeas in one ocean, and the LLG and whatever we have left in the other ocean, I think we could have a respectable fleet ready for action in each ocean. I might also propose that if we were to act on this that we wait for a few days so that we have a few PCs repaired and healed enough to actual defend what we buy.

I for one, am opposed to buying a Gray Phantom at this time.
