Ehh, bad news the weather's bad for flying in the Atlantic, North America, and Pacific all areas where I thought we may do some fighting.
This may mean a change of plans, I don't want to get caught in a battle where we can't use our planes.
Perhaps we could have the 87th and 42nd switch missions?
On Monday, the 87th could move to the West Arctic and the 42nd could move to the Atlantic. This would give the illusion that we were both moving to challenge Zeon in North America. The 87th could then move into the Pacific and onto Australia while the 42nd lingers in the Atlantic or moves to counter any zeon advances.
I would not try to directly engage the Zeon fleet with the 42nd, instead just trying to protect targets of interest (New York, Atlantic Naval convoy, EFGF Resupply fleet).
This may work better since Hughendon is a non-coastal ground base and the 87th is a strictly ground based fleet. The LLG could possibly have problems supporting aircraft launched against a non-coastal base.
We could always shuffle some PC's as needed but I think this is a good plan. Let me know what you think.

I would say that we should keep with our same plans, if I was to engage there with the 42nd, we would have almost the same sort of issues. Heavy Fog doesn't effect high altitude stuff as well so it would separate out their Gaw, which would be nice.

I mean, I don't have much besides and airforce either, either one of us put against the winds and or fog doesn't help us that much.

I think may have made the wrong decision moving the 87th into North America... ughh
We may just have to move out tomorrow but we'll see what the situation looks like.

Well if Chris takes New York he is going to destroy it, making it a ruin.I was under the assumption that it would not necessarily be destroyed. This will make all of North America Zeon held after the weekend meaning they can spend their vast sums of RP outside a base.
I also don't know that if I did choose to siege the base tomorrow if I'll be able to prevent their fleet and PC's from moving off the base. All is not lost, it's just that we are not in as advantageous of a situation as I thought we were. I'll probably have to overwatch or pull out to the Atlantic tomorrow depending on what the situation looks like. What I may do is have a Medea fleet break off and support you guys at Hughendon with some more MS but we'll see.
We need to get Sakura active so we can have some sort of African Operation.

Alright Jojo, I’m going to tell you what we’re going to do. I made a mistake getting us stuck in North America so we’re going to have to do some adjusting.
As you probably know, I do not agree with your idea to buy a Gray Phantom. However, since you and your crew our pretty set on it I’m not going to waste my time arguing with you over it. Go ahead and buy your Phantom.
That being said, if you are going to buy a Phantom you will not be able to take Hughendon in the reasonably near future. It doesn’t matter how awesome the Phantom is you simply do not have enough MS to do it right now. Furthermore, using the LLG to hit a non-coastal base just doesn’t make sense.
That being said the 87th is perfectly outfitted to take Hughendon. I also have a lot of PC’s who have not seen much real action since Odessa who NEED this kind of fight to keep morale among the ranks. I cannot risk attacking Chris. He is going to go on overwatch today and buy a lot of stuff for his fleet. We would also have to move onto New York to get him meaning that we will still be in North America when it turns to Zeon-held next Monday. That would be BAD as they could use all that RP to throw huge amounts of NPC stuff at us.
So here’s what we’re going to do.
87th is going to move to the Pacific today on its way to Australia to hit Hughendon when it gets there.
42nd is going to switch course to more of a Defensive posture in the Atlantic for the time being until we see Chris's next move. I don't care how you get there, might as well move through North/South Africa and crush some patrols on your way.
Chris is going to want to hit our remaining supply fleets after this. We cannot let him do this and get even more RP then us. I now believe it was a mistake to give up on Naval Power so much after Odessa. For the time being we could have your fleet join up with the 1st Naval Convoy. This would let us act like we’re protecting it while still being able to protect the 1st Resupply fleet in South America using paradrops with the Phantom and some Medeas.
I know you won’t want to switch roles for the time being like this but quite frankly the 42nd is and will be after buying a Phantom much better suited to Naval and Paradrop operations than the 87th.
We will need to discuss this so I’ll be in the chat most of today.

Jojo: sorta Feyd: busy at work? Jojo: yes Feyd: do you know when you'll have time to chat? Jojo: spew away Feyd: well I pretty much spewed on the forums - 10:45 - Jojo: they have a captured hillock Jojo: that is in North America today Jojo: we could kill that today easy Feyd: I'm having Strikey do that Jojo: we attacking New York with everything else? Feyd: did you read what I posteed in the forum? Jojo: no matter what I do Jojo: it will take way too freaking long Jojo: for the 42nd to get there Feyd: not really Feyd: it takes Chris a couple of days to turn around Jojo: yeah but he is weak now! - 10:50 - Feyd: but he will overwatch today Feyd: and spend RP Jojo: seige him and then he can't purchase Jojo: ? Feyd: I need to ask Ket about that Feyd: I think he may still be able to purchase today if I siege Jojo: It still should be neutral territory today Feyd: but I see him spending the majority of his RP today anyway Feyd: he is on a compound Jojo: as the territory shouldn't have changed to Zeon Controlled till the end of a week Jojo: and ruins don't count as compounds Feyd: are you sure? Jojo: nevermind Jojo: I think they can Jojo: which seems interesting - 10:56 - Jojo: you could still seige today, and then I could move the 42nd to intercept? Feyd: I donno that you could get there in time Jojo: would have to hold out 3 updates Feyd: you would have to make it through patrols too Jojo: that wouldn't be an issue Jojo: with a fleet of our size Feyd: it would prevent you from paradropping Jojo: not orbital dropping! Jojo: :-P Jojo: and I could be there in 2 Jojo: :-) Jojo: seige today, climb to earth orbit! Jojo: then assualt tomorrow with you! Jojo: :-) Feyd: can you move to orbit without a Spaceport? Jojo: with a pegasus you can. Jojo: ! Jojo: :-) Feyd: are you positive Jojo: 100% Feyd: if so we will do that Jojo: its part of why they are bad ass Jojo: :-) Feyd: where does it say that Jojo: (O) class ships and mobile suits can move from Earth Orbit to any Location or Compound on Earth. They must use spaceports to return to Earth Orbit. Jojo: Jojo: Ships with M Craft systems can move to Earth Orbit from any Location or Compound on Earth freely. Jojo: on the maps page Jojo: pegasus has m craft systems - 11:01 - Feyd: okay we will do that then Jojo: and you were against my gray phantom :-P Feyd: I would also move the rest of the 42nd to North Africa Feyd: on it's way to the Atlantic Jojo: could just go to the antartic Jojo: and avoid damages? Feyd: Well you could tear up some patrols Feyd: but idc Feyd: your call Jojo: will think about it Feyd: We just need the LLG to protect that naval convoy Jojo: yeah Jojo: the SS fleet Feyd: okay Feyd: that sounds good Jojo: is broken up Feyd: I will siege then Jojo: so Feyd: they may try to move the subs out today Feyd: but we'll see

Sent in my email for tomorrow already, here it is:
Attack: Orange Base -> Orbital Drop F-Force
Purchase:
1 x Flight Support (Don Escargot) = 75 / 2 = 38 RP 1 x Artillery Support (Free Logistics) = 38 + 0 = 38 RP 1 x Artillery Support = 100 / 2 + 38 = 88 RP
Remaining RP: 99 - 88 = 11 RP
Movement: 42nd Brigade -> Atlantic

You have to orbital drop on a compound, that being New York rather than a fleet. It says so in the rules.
Better change that part but everything else looks good.
