Alright so looks like we have a new week on our hands and your overwatch operation went fairly well. Though we have not yet been able to see the battle itself the damage results are posted and seem fairly low on both sides, so the weather must have had a lot to do with the low damage to ships. However, there seems to be good damage to both side's mobile suit and vehicle forces. This should be fairly good news as they will have to spend a good deal of money to restock them some more. So that will likely be where they end up spending their RP this month.
I have a feeling the SS fleet will be the target of the 42nd Brigade or vise versa in the coming week or so. Since the 42nd Brigade was unable to finish off the ZMF resupply fleet and it will likely restock at the beginning of this week, but that is quite acceptable in that they will have had to spend more Side RP and we really didn't take much in the form of NPC losses and no ship damage.
The 87th strategy is what? Defend themselves again? Strike out against one fleet? I don't really like fighting subs with what we have since Big Trays over water are a terrible idea.

I want to retreat to either New York or Belfast to repair. Our Medeas are pretty beat up and we can't afford to lose them or the fleet will have to break up which means we would probably lose one of the Big Trays.
The good new: Kyle will be with us and has a lot VP and a high lvl MS team.
The bad news: Chris is with Zeon in a GUNDAMU and has a ton of money. We also lost a lot of planes in the fight so I will have to spend a decent amount of money restocking those.
I'm kind of leading towards New York at the moment because it's the best target for their G-force fleet (since they can't move the Dobday from West Arctic to Europe). The only problem is, we could possibly be sieged.
Belfast seems the safer option with Europe's patrols and all but I don't want to give them New York.
Let me know what you think.
As for the 42nd, I think you should definitely sit tight in South Africa for the time being and let our PC's repair. You could maybe use the NPC forces to hit random patrols that could be easily killed to further hurt the Zeek side RP.
This forces the Zeeks to come to you, most likely the SS fleet, but if you save your money and spend it on MSM should they come we could probably whip 'em pretty good.

@oklahoma Comment: I was like 8 minutes late on the day of the email sending it in, so I don't think my order counted.
Next thought: Maybe you should move to Belfast, the next attack for "Major Event" credit I think would take place in Belfast according to the timeline of events. This means that perhaps we should consider moving there as that might be their next target as well. For a quick repair move to our existing base in the West Arctic instead. This also will provide means for you to purchase stuff if need be. It also is within quick movement range of both New York and Belfast in case we need to move to aid them.

Yeah, Belfast is probably the safest option. I wish we knew more about the next Major Event though. Maybe the weekend update will tell us more.
I need to think about it more but I'm probably leaning that way right now.
I don't want to move to Augusta because it has no repair bay and and the defenses there are pretty light. Honestly, I don't know that we could hold it.
I think it's best to just conserve what we have right now until the inactives are removed and we have a lot more RP to play with.

Well if the weather is poor, I think you could absolutely hold it quite fine, we should take that into consideration. You also have people with Arctic refits, that should be a good option as well.

We should seriously consider the possibility of attacking Alexandria in the near future, like early next week.
Both our fleets could move in simultaneously and if we got help from Sakura and the AU it would be fairly easy I think.
Even if it means we lose Belfast, I think controlling North Africa is far more advantageous geographically than controlling Europe. It would also really cut off South Africa.

Sounds like a fine plan to myself, but I really think we should think about dealing with the F-Force sometime.

I'm going to have the 87th move to Europe today to keep our options open. I assume you will hold position and repair your new Gallop. (Congrats, although too bad Threid lost a lot of his MS team...)
We need to decide if we would like to do the Alexandria operation next week or not since the window of opportunity is limited.
If not, I will keep the 87th in a position to protect Belfast and/or counter the Zeon fleet. You should probably find some way to harass the STFU so they can't take out any more of our Naval Convoys although this is a lot more difficult now that Marcus is active again.

I really like Aurem's idea of the 42nd taking out the Australia base, this would turn another territory to EF control and cause more general pains for the Zeeks.
I don't see the 42nd doing really well against the STFU in its current state and F Troop is something we really need to take audit on, perhaps our best option against them would be some sort of guerilla warfare were we try to harass them to death so they can't take out any more of our bases. If their motives are true their likely target could be something crazy like striking into South America as they are regrouping perhaps in North America. This could also mean that they will be going after new york next?

Australia would be a good objective if you want to tackle that.
I agree with you that their objective may be New York and the 87th may head that way. If we can get another Big Tray I may look for an engagement if conditions are favorable (Weather and whatnot).
We'll see what the weekend brings and whether or not Drewsie buys another Big Tray or not.

I think not, since he made an action to join the 87th last week.
I wish he would be more active though.

On Monday, I'll most likely move the 87th Integrated to the Atlantic. This puts us in a position to respond to any Zeon movements as well as being in friendly territory to improve our chances of getting Drewsie to buy another Big Tray for the fleet.
I am also anxious for an opportunity to hit the Zeon STFU fleet with a Medea paradrop operation if possible. I think it was a mistake for us to give them a free reign for so long since it's given them 3000 RP, although we would have had to devote a lot of resources to contest them. Securing the remaining Atlantic Naval Convoy as well as the EFGF Resupply fleet in South America should be priorities.
I suggest that you go ahead with your Australia operation to draw some of their attention.
