Congratulations to the 42nd Brigade for destroying the ZMF Earth Resupply fleet and capturing a Gallop. Good work guys! (Sorry, you lost a lot of your MS team, Threid.) Today I think you guys will hold position to repair.
87th will be moving from Belfast to Europe today to get in a better position to adjust to Zeek movments. I don’t know what we’ll be doing quite yet but we should know by Monday. Also we are taking advantage of our -1 to repairs for being on a base with a Repair Bay and having a massive group spar! Should be a good time. (Sorry to our vehicle buddies Strikey and Advocate who were not repaired enough to participate. Maybe you guys can have another tank-plane spar on Monday)

I knew he was upset but I have not heard anything about that. It would make me sad though because if he quits than Pyrefly probably will too.  Update: I can confirm that his forum account has been deleted so this is probably true, unfortunately. |

Jojo, for the 42nd's next objective, I'd like to propose hitting Hughendon. It has some HLV's and a supply truck that should be fairly easy to hit, as well as a spaceport. They have a lot of defenses, but they are mostly low level with no real named NPC's to get in the way.
I'm not saying we need to capture the base, but we could still do a fair amount of damage before we were forced to retreat. Also, I imagine you'll be wanting to spend that 2100 credits you just got in friendly territory, which we could do on our way to Hughendon.

I think Hughendon would be a good target. It would force the Zeeks to divide their forces.

In that case, I propose the following plan of action:
Week 19, update 4:
-Emergency Repair the Gallop(as you suggested)
-Incorporate Gallop into 42nd fleet formally
Effects:
-Gallop Disabled > Severely damaged
-No other ships in 42nd damaged
-Highest damaged PC: Thorvald - Repairing 3
Week 20, update 1:
-42nd transfers all RP to Nigel Ferdinand (total combined RP with supply fleet credit = 3609)
-42nd moves to Indian Ocean
Effects:
-Highest damaged PC: Still Thorvald - Repairing 2
-Aurem fully repaired
-42nd in friendly territory with enough for a Gray Phantom
Week 20, update 2:
-42nd repairs fleet with Medea B's
-Nigel makes whatever purchases he deems necessary (Gray Phantom or not)
-Gallop leaves 42nd and moves to Ceylon to finish repairs
Effects:
-Highest damaged PC: Thorvald again - Repairing 1
-Kyle Slater fully repaired
Week 20, update 3:
-42nd moves to Australia
Effects:
-Fleet fully repaired, including Thorvald
Week 20, update 4:
-42nd assaults (or paradrops if that's necessary) Hughendon
Primary goals:
-Destroy HLV's
-Destroy Samson
-Destroy Spaceport
Thoughts? I checked and the gallop is a hovercraft class land battleship, so it should be able to travel in the ocean like the Big Tray. I think this way minimizes our downtime and still keeps the Gallop we recently captured relatively safe. Feel free to make amendments.

Sounds like a wonderful plan to me. I actually think we should be able to fully kill off the entire base ourselves if we plan it correctly. On the topic of sending RP around though, I would actually like to fill up your individual MS teams. We are always in need of mobile suits and I would rather you have the option to pick what to do with them rather then myself.

Yeah, I'd actually like to request some RP to build up an MS team (already have two slots filled, so shouldn't be that big a deal). I don't know how much we have to go around for stuff like this, but I'll definitely start RPing with my NPCs. Need to rp more anyway.

I approve of this plan.
You will be able to repair the Gallop two levels tonight, however, since you have Medea B Types in the fleet, don't forget that.
I would also maybe send the Gallop to the Azores on Monday of next week to finish repairing, it could then possibly join up with the 87th as it seems like it would fit in better with our Big Trays than with the 42nd's Naval/Airborne fleet.

I approve of allowing players to build their MS teams, especially if they're planning on RPing them. Any suggestions on what I should purchase to add to my Ez8 and lvl4 Guncannon HDT?

You probably want balanced units since you already have the Guncannon.
Especially given your need for more 'numbers' in terms of MS, I'd say GM CCT's are the best value right now for all purpose land units not to mention they give us a further advantage if we are able to force Zeon into any arctic engagements.
