What purchases are we considering for this week? Does anyone have any input?

Sorry for not posting in this soon enough. My mom had some medical issues and had to go to the hospital. No worries all is well now. 2 Salamis Kais with GMs. We could make 5 lvl3 the other 5 could. That purchase is a must. Along with some public ships. Anything else I would be open to. Sorry Zero we will have to hold off longer on the Gray Phantom. We dont have quite enough to purchase it sadly  Also I moved us to Texas Colony today. |

I was thinking the exact same thing if we were to head over to side six. We could hit them along the way. One day two attacks

I was thinking BOLLOCKS should stay and threaten Chan while I take my Fuji and several Publics to assault the mines.

Right I didn't know you could hit both mines by yourself. I figured if zero was joining he and I could hit one with our own Ms to back is up and the factory could hit another.

Doing the whole lone ship deal would be bad at this stage. We have no clue where some of the pirates our(that my main concern) on top of that we are going to need all the firepower we can get for when we set out next week.
The week after I want us to go out and attack Dren. The rp we get from that would give us enough to put 2 more ships online. Once that happens I want you to go out and hit the mines.

I just don't think we will be given the opportunity to hit any of these blockade ships with Chan's fleet around, especially when they can repair faster than us. This rinse-and-repeat method will only work if Chan suddenly decides to leave or we decide to challenge his fleet and destroy it.
That being said, I think we should do the latter by simply outnumbering Chan's fleet with cheap Saberfish, GMs and Publics.

I'm not sure how well a swarm of Saberfish, GMs and Publics would do against Chan's fleet. Seems like the PCs and large ships would just chew through it with little problem. After all, in the ambush/overwatch event, we had the enemies outnumbered, but they still routed us.

Maybe because I am new to space tactics, but I think this will take a combination of getting our most, powerful PCs together (particularly Sean and Flession); employing our missiles more effectively (m-particle bombs and anti-missiles in particular); playing to our strengths such as cheap swarms; and, most importantly, communicating between us .

We can still hit one of the Zeek 2e fleets even with the ZEF present. Once we enter 2e we can join the Tianem or Ohm fleet for protection. If the ZEF wants us they will have to either attack or predict which 2e fleet we are going to hit. Either option is not good for them. They only way they could do anything is by (A) us. The problem for them with that is that I have the same ability so I could return fire on Kuri if it is needed.
They day we attack I can have us join the Tianem or Ohm right after the battle. We will still have a umbrella of protection.
So we can still carry out our mission.
