Operation Wolverines!
Ok as some of you guys know were basically doing some guerilla warfare like stuff to aggitate and piss off the ZEF and have them try to do multiple things at once while we try to destroy the mines and if the Bollocks Fleet is lucky do some damage to the ZEF. So this is how things will go. Were going to do a two pronged attack in Side 2(PC suits and the Alpha Fleet) depending on how the update goes. I'll explain below why the update is important to deciding if we have a two pronged attack or not. We'll be targetting Kuri and Radune's mines since they draw in the least rp and they wont lay down the rp as effectively as Anya could(I think she only brings in a little bit more).
Things to consider. Well the ZEF know we are in the area and they know the least defended of the mines are in side 2. So they will buy defences for those mines to defend them including Anya's. They have no clue however which ones we intend to attack or if we will do a multi attack in one day so they will cover their bases and have all three owners(Anya, Kuri, and Radune) buy stuff. This in itself is a win for us because that is rp being taken away from ZEF ship purchase plans. They will no doubt purchase turrets defences of some sort considering they are cheaper. Maybe we will see AA's and MPC turrets its hard to tell knowing the ZEF but we can count on seeing them since they are cheap and can be effective in the right circumstances. We could see Zakus(F, R1, Kai) since they are cheap and can provide good enough firepower too. The other possibility is those damn asteroid rocket clusters. In any case the ZEF will do what they can and defend those mines so we can expect the defences I mention above to be seen to some degree at each of those mines.
Meanwhile on the ZEF front its a matter of what Chan and Frenzy will want to do in order to try and stop us from tearing shit up. If they are smart thay will deploy some of their undamaged ships out into 3e to intercept the Alpha fleet. If they are in Side 5 after the update it could be close for the Alpha fleet, but it should be able to escape into Side 6 neutral territory. I figure we will atleast have 1 day on them so we can't afford a fuck up on my end. You guys should be fine considering they can't attack damaged pc mobile suits so you guys should be able to make a jump to Side 2 then Side 6 with no trouble at all. The other thing to consider is the ZEF decide to keep everything in Texas Colony and hope that what they spend their rp on those mines in defences will hold off any attack we plan. This would be the best case scenario for us, but it is unlikely to happen seeing as the ZEF don't appear to be filled with retards...except Radune >.>. What is likely is they will send out their healthy ships to chase down the Alpha fleet while their lightly damaged/damaged ships repair for a day then they will be sent out as their own fleet to deal with Bollocks.
I expect them to take the other fleet and stick around in 2e and try to keep the Bollocks from coming to the aide of the Alpha fleet. We have no intention of giving aide to the mine killing fleet so this is no big deal to begin with. They could do patrols or they could just come into 1e and act like queers and buy ships from their compunds in Side 5 while they try to destroy Alpha. I'm thinking once Bollocks is done repairing and I purchase the new ships and GMs for the Bollocks I could send it out to patrol Side 7. In the rules from the way I read it I can still buy ships in friendly territory and such. So if the zeek do a patrol or something I can always buy ships and units at Side 7 so if Aleksei and myself get tired of sitting we can always break their patrol with brute force.
Standard protocol is simple after the attacks. Jump off the ruins of the dead mine and back to Side 2 then Side 6. To remind everyone once you have destroyed a base/mine it will become ruins. The ruins are considered their own little location and thus jumping to Side 6 is impossible since the ruins are their own location. What this mean is you have to travel to Side 2 right after the attack on the next update then you would travel to Side 6 on the update after that. Once we get inside Side 6 we will play our planned game of cat and mouse with the zeeks. They will do things like jump to Side2 and then back into 3e and may even follow us into Side 6. It will all just be a game to lure us out into the open and attack. The only time we should ever consider leaving Side 6 is when the Zeeks are out of the 3e neigborhood and back in 2e. Thats when we could send our pcs back into Side 2 and destroy the last mine. Because of damage the zeeks cant do shit to pc mobile suits except do a patrol and try to block damaged mobile suits from leaving the ruins. Assuming everyone stays active this shouldn't be a issue since they can't patrol or blockade on arrival. So the day we go back in to attack everyone has to be active for those few days and not miss the deadline... Regardless of how the attack goes the fleet will go to Side 6 and hold up their till the cost is clear so I can send it out for repairs at Cannery Row. We can keep it running and in top condition while we wait and see what the zeeks do...assuming they dont attack us while in Side 6.
Things that can go wrong. Well their are only a few. A. The zeeks can still attack us in Side 6 however at the cost of pissing Riah off and damaging relations with them. B. my phone lines can go dead on my dial up connection and I would be unable to send in actions. I have no clue if this was a spur the moment kind of deal but my phone line did go dead this morning after a tornado touched down. Its doing fine now and I may just sit and see what happens for the rest of the week before I do anything. Worst case scenario I could transfer ownership of the Alpha Fleet over to Zero-0 or Naulex and let you guys run the show to avoid any kind of complication on my end.
Anyways opinions? Also you guys may post battle strategies for the mines that will be attacked.

I think this is unlikely, but we will see what happens. Now what we do once we get inside of Side 6 is what will matter more then anything. I'm thinking we will dock at one of the colonies there just as an insurrance policy against the Zeeks. I figure they will try stuff like leaving the area and try to lure us out thinking we will be hyper aggressive. We may pull some cat and mouse trick on them like move into Side 2 and then move back inside of Side 6 just to agitate them. I don't expect them to have a large force pursuing us around. They have a large fleet like us so they will send what they will need to take us on. We have to play fast and loose when it comes to the fleet. We need at least a 1 day head start on them make any kind of use of the fleet worth while since damaged ships can be attacked.
