OKAY, official announcement time:
As everyone is aware, my laptop had some critical motherboard failure two days ago. It will not even turn on anymore.
The good news is, I was able to back everything up before it died completely, and all our game data is intact. I also ordered a new laptop from Dell the same day. I also have a shoddy old desktop I can use in the interim.
The bad news is, the new laptop from Dell is going to take at least a week, possibly longer, to arrive. Furthermore, while this desktop works, it is not fast enough to say, update the RPG in a timely manner, or edit pages with any sort of speed or efficiency.
So, we are going to be officially paused until I can get my new laptop up and running. We were already going to pause all of this week to give writers a break, but now we are definitely paused all of next week too. We'll just pray and hope that the new laptop doesn't take more than 2 weeks to get here. It shouldn't.
I should be able to write the Jaburo event and post that update from this desktop, although it will probably take longer now than I had originally planned for.
