Just a catch all topic for ground. A quick analysis and discussion of objectives. Once Jaburo's done we'll know who's alive and work on that.

Well. We've lost most of the STFU, plus all Jaburo Assault Fleets. We're hurting, we've lost our Division commander, and were held up by the White Base team.
Things to be proud of: We took out the Llew Llaw Gyffes, the 42nd has absolutely no MS defenders, the 87th is not in top fighting form, despite the sheer number of Tin Cods again. We're all pretty much in the same boat.
Now, here's what we're gonna do. Everyone, on Thursday, move to California Base. We need to resupply and repair. At least at Cali base, we won't have too many problems from the enemy.
Reorganization: We are no longer out to win this war. That task is up to the boys and girls fighting the war up in space. We are now on pirate duty. That's right, we're going to focus on hurting their side RP as much as possible.
I was speaking with Gray last night, and we have several targets of opportunity. Torrington is no longer considered one of them. While freeing up contestation of Australia and once again putting Earth Orbit in contested, it simply can't be our priority at this juncture.
New targets: Azores, Ceylon, and Hawaii. Hawaii is not high priority simply because it is such a dangerous target. Way too well defended. Instead, we will focus on taking out the Azores first. By doing that, we can also attack the Atlantic Naval Fleet, and take it out.
By doing that, we will start hurting them with full control of the Atlantic, a fortress, as well as some other bonus. Basically, it evens out to robbing them of 200-300 RP a week for their war efforts. We take out the Atlantic Fleet as well, and we can start ruling the oceans.
Post Azores, our target should be: Belfast. We can re-claim Europe for ourselves, as well as once again, rob them of more side RP. From Belfast, we can start working on our next targets. Given the Space Forces time table, we have to start making it difficult for the Feddies to get money into the pockets of their Space Forces.
TL;DR version: -Attack Sea Fortresses, free up the oceans and contest them -Attack and take Belfast -See what we have left based on Chan's timetable.
It ain't glorious, and it ain't pretty, but we are no longer a favored force for Zeon. I'm sure as far as high command is concerned, we are no longer key to winning this war, at least directly.
Personal note: I'd love to see us re-take Odessa before the end of the war. If we could, we once again would challenge Space Orbit control, and maybe start being able to put some of our Side RP on Earth out into Space.
Thoughts?
