The Neue Ziel was equipped with a wide variety of armaments, able to adapt to any combat situation. A heavy MPC cannon and a number of anti ship rockets made up its anti-ship arsenal, although the 9 smaller MPCs it carried were easily enough to down battleships as well, though they were made more for anti mobile suit combat. It also carried a large number of anti MS missiles for smaller targets. Finally, the Neue Ziel was armed with two wire guided claw arms, each containing a large beam rifle/beam saber combination, as well as four smaller sub arms. These weapons were to be controlled by the Psycommu, and while it was difficult for an Oldtype to use them effectively with the Half Control system, it was not altogether impossible. The Neue Ziel was sent out with the AXIS Advance Fleet, as a present to Delaz to assist him in Operation Stardust. |
