Technical and Historical Data The first experimental unit created by the newtype labs at Kilimanjaro, the Prototype Psycho Gundam still has a long way to go before being a truly battle ready machine. Designed to be used by newtypes, this monstrous Gundam carries a pair of wire guided arms, each mounting powerful beam guns and large beam sabers. These weapons are accompanied by a deadly scattering beam cannon and a quartet of head vulcans, giving the Psycho Gundam some noticeable punch. Like most new age mobile suits, it also arms Gundarium armor, a panoramic cockpit, and magnetic coated joints. However, what the Psycho Gundam has in arms and armor, it loses out in speed. It is a large and clumsy mobile suit, especially in an atmosphere. Because of this design flaw, Murasame labs is working on creating a transformable version equipped with an M Craft system for terrestrial combat.
