Technical and Historical Data Less of an evolutionary step than one of refinement, the Tin Cod is the Earth Federation's top of the line air interdiction aircraft designed solely to contest and eventually establish air superiority. Its overall form is not unlike that of pre-UC fighter designs and its components are merely advancements of them. This is not to say, however, that the Tin Cod is an ineffectual airplane as it is quite agile and extremely fast with a respectable compliment of weapon loadouts available for many mission types.
