The Bank of Eco was having a boring day, as merchants discussed between each other which village businesses to invest into. The restocking of food in the farmer's market had sold quickly - and there was a discussion on how to exploit it. The concern was on continuing of paying interest, rather than selling new bonds. So a great smile came upon the tellers when Dragonshroom walked in. Sure, he was known as violent and somewhat of a rouser, but a customer was a customer. A smiling young woman was the first to approach - but the Dragonshroom raised a paw. She was perplexed, as the creature walked around the bank, eyeing the walls and nodding. Then, he brandished a skeleton pelvis. His intent was understood. "It's a robbery! Somebody tell the village chief!" Merchants poured out of the bank, while the owner ran back to the vault. The Dragonshroom climbed a ladder to the roof, and started pushing off blocks. The blocks landed at the front, some breaking into two pieces - still, usable. The villagers were in a frenzy, looking for a watchman, official, or skeleton to stop the robbery of their goods. The roof was soon all gone. The Dragonshroom jumped down into the general area, pushing down the walls to the bank, stone by stone. Eventually, there was only one wall left. The frantic bank owner was in the vault, connected to the last wall, crying as his bank was destroyed around him. The imposing monster stood before him, his eyes giant and frightening. "Take it! Take the silver! Take the bonds! Just don't hurt me!" The man's spectacles were covered in tears, as he lifted a money sack with a dollar sign on it, insisting and pressing it forward. The dragonshroom poked at at the bag - and upon discovering it was not filled with rocks, tossed it to the side. The confused owner watched him gather the rest of the rocks, and place it into a pile out front. The naked vault sat next to a bunch of furniture, and the merchants confusedly made it back. Some were overwhelmed with the sight of the destroyed bank. Still others could see opportunity. But luckily, the reserves were saved. The merchants got to work, creating a barricade of furniture around the vault. They'd have to act fast to protect it from theft. Outcome: Dragonshroom is triumphant Dragonshroom: 1 Stone |
