It was a quiet day at the lake. Now that Sharktopus was dead, life could return to normal, especially now that there was a village by the lake. It was a village full of pirates, but so what? To the fisherman, it meant that there were now people who needed boats fixed or needed to buy new boats. Either way, it meant a lot more business for him. He gazed out at the lake, considering doing some fishing later when the door to his shop suddenly opened. "Welcome to my shack, good sir! What can I-" he began to say. The customer in question was a large creature, a reptile covered in mushrooms. It towered over him, just watching the fisherman as he moved through the shop. "Um...I have plenty of boats out back you could fit on," the fisherman continued, trying to make a sale. Before he could continue his sales pitch though, the Dragonshroom suddenly began breaking off pieces of the shack. The fisherman rushed forward, waving a pole to stop the creature from destroying his home, but before he could defend his home, the creature spun and struck him in the face with razor-sharp claws. The man lay on the ground, wheezing with pain as he watched his world be destroyed. When Dragonshroom was finished with the hut, it began hauling the wood towards the fisherman's boats. "No...stop!" he gasped, getting to his feet. Dragonshroom raised up a strange gem and aimed it at the fisherman. Broken pieces of wood suddenly flew off of the ground and into the fisherman's back, their tips sticking out of his chest. Dragonshroom stepped forward and looked at the dying man for a moment. The fisherman gathered his strength and struck the dragon in the face, sneering defiantly as he in turn had his throat slashed open. Outcome: Dragonshroom is triumphant. Dragonshroom: +80 SP, 1 Wood, 3 Rowboat (Lv2 Craft, Vehicle), 2 Schooner (Lv4 Craft, Vehicle) Fisherman: Dead. |
