1 - They do but they get damage that effects certain parts like say a damage launch catapult or a damaged main gun or stuff like. They will be listed on your status or on the weapon for when they are damaged. Some damage will be quicker and easier to repair while other won't.
2 - Ships can. Some damage will make not want to do anything while others are just a minor annoyance. |
