Medical Evaluation:Overall Physical Fitness: For her age, Fuuka appears to be extremely capable. She has above average strength, dexterity, and stamina due to her training. But compared to any normal soldier these things are quite pathetic. While the idea of her growing into a proper Soldier is ideal, at this time expecting her to act as infantry is merely an order of murder.
Genetic Alterations: She appears to be a natural Newtype, as the Institute claims. Whether she is truly Watanbe Fuuka would answer many questions, and at this time we must accept it as true. Her Institute file indicates she was not 'enhanced' as many others are.
Physical Defects:-Fuuka appears to have little defects about her. Her only 'defect' is that she is simply too young for this program, at least in the opinion of the doctor assigned.

However, her position has afforded her a high degree of arrogance and egotism. Newtypes and Coordinators are well known for having these mental flaws despite their supposedly enhanced minds.
Psychological Disorders: -Clear Superiority Complex. Fuuka has shown much disdain when we asked her questions, disliking the need to explain herself to 'Oldtypes.' Despite this, what we were able to test her with made it clear, she was no Genius by our standards, simply extremely perceptive. Despite understanding this herself, she held no qualms with talking down to some of our most brilliant scientists.
Mental Notes:-It is possible that by abating her ego we are causing a problem in the future, if she lasts long enough to have a future.
Family Information:Requires Verification. -It is believed that this girl may truly be Watanabe Fuuka-ohime of the Imperial family. Thus her family is not only well known, it is quite large.
Personality Traits: -Eager is the most clear word to associate with Fuuka. She is incredibly excited on the prospect of testing a machine of war herself. She shows no remorse with the idea of ending enemy lives, moreso because she has never had to do so before.
-Ruthlessness is common in children, but rarely to the extent that Fuuka demonstrates. She cares little for the circumstances of those around her. If she is crossed, as she eventually will be one day, she gets revenge. Nothing is permitted to halt her vengeance save the time for planning.
-Fuuka is also a very versatile fighter. In simulations, she is more than willing so simply ram an opponent into the ground, or a wall. Suffering damage is an irritation to her, but only if it means that she made a mistake. She has no problems getting a job done if it means banging her weapon up some. This could seriously hamper her use.
-Fuuka is known to wear contacts over her eyes, altering her rather normal brown eyes to a deep shade of red. This effect doesn't serve any purpose such as helping vision, but it further sets her apart from 'normal' people.
