Duel Gundam vs Krugis Rebels

"Remember, the Cameras will be watching you." A female voice spoke over the communication system, a bit of a Middle Eastern accent carrying over. [color=#BF0080"Der Kaiser wants this to be a fantastic display."[/color] She continued, though the pilot she spoke to did not respond as his monochrome mobile suit cruised along over the desert, all non-essential systems deactivated, his Gundam as it was called perched upon it's Guul.

Suddenly klaxons fired as the radar signaled the alert and the Duel Gundam sparked to life, color filling the monochrome as the new Phase Shift armor activated. By the nature of the mission his wingman had been ordered to hold back. This was to be a display for the Kaiser himself and it was meant to show off the skills of the Empire's latest money sink of a warmachine, not the average performance of the Empire's other mobile suits.

Below several GINN Insurgent Types and Anf's became alert at the figure descending from the sky.

"Damnit! Those Imperial Dogs!" One shouted, turning and firing his rifle up toward the Gundam as it descended. Jherek would have been concerned if the female voice had not chirped over the comm's again "Do not dodge!" The order would seem insane to a normal pilot as the Duel hit the ground, rounds bouncing off his armor as dust was kicked up all around. The Krugis forces continued pouring fire into it until nothing but a thick cloud of dust was visible.

"Did we...Did we get him.."
"Shut up!"
"There's now way he survived that.."
"I SAID SHUT-"

But his sentence was cut short as a flash of pink cleared the dust, the beam piercing the cockpit of the GINN Insurgent Type and causing it too explode. At that exact moment the Duel Gundam came charging from the dust cover, a beam saber cutting through an Anf expertly as the Duel Gundam pivoted around and fired it's beam rifle again, this time the beam striking through another Anf and causing it to explode.

The vibrations rocked Jherek in his cockpit as his unit spun around. The Phase Shift Armor was incredible but that woman sounded off again "Be careful, you're approaching your limit. Finish them fast." He didn't need any further encouragement. The Duel Gundam jumped backward and fired a round from it's underslung Grenade Launcher, catching two unfortunate Anf's in the blast and obliterating them. The final GINN Insurgent type charged him, sword drawn, clashing against the beam saber.

They were locked there for a minute "Impossible!" The GINN Pilot shouted however "How does the Empire have such technology!?" But his surprise was only transformed into horror as the beam saber sliced through the Sword and made contact with the GINN, cutting it straight down the middle and causing it to explode. The Beam Saber deactivated and Jherek gave a sigh.

"Mission Accomplished, return to base. Good job, Harkness."
