The interrogation had gone better then many could ever ask for, many were wondering just what Ranmaru had given High Command that hadn't thrown him in the stockades. Ranmaru knew this, information was power, and so Imperial High Command had decided to award the officer and gave the confirmation of his promotion to O-3 a rank he had earned before the JOSH-A operation. Oh yes Ranmaru knew about JOSH-A and while he wanted to participate in one of the most ambitious and glorious Imperial Operations the world has ever seen he knew someone would have to keep the European Dogs busy.
A glance at the clock showed him the sign, he wondered just how well the operation went...he was curious admittedly.
A knock on the door broke his train of thought.
"Enter," he said calmly as he was composing a letter to the family of the man who had given his life to save his own. A man that had loyally served alongside Ranmaru without question. He had made recommendations to the Imperial High Command in greatly honoring the families of the men and women who had died during the European counter-attack. He paused through as the door opened and two females decked in pilot gear entered the room.
"You're looking well for someone who handled an Imperial Interrogation," the first quipped.
"Well enough indeed and not even wanting to commit ritual suicide over the defeat," the second teased.
Ranmaru took the transfer papers from them and glanced at their names and quirked a brow.
"GOUF-Type? I wasn't aware the GOUF project was completed," he admitted as he set aside their papers on his desk and stood up now gazing at the red dawn. He moved over to where the mini-bar was pouring himself a mild drink, Ranmaru preferring the drink to be smooth and tasteful rather then making it strong.
"Perhaps I'll have to test your Goufs and see how they measure up to the Zaku II," he said with a grin now. "I'm sure High Command would appreciate the combat data to see if they need to upgrade our newest toy," he said with a smirk now before his face went serious.
"I have but one rule for those who serve under my command. The Black Gale Special Ops company never betrays one another," he said seriously now.
"Clear?" he asked as he turned around hearing the clack of boots snapping together and seeing the two salute him.
"SIR!" they said in unison.
