Nearing the finishing of the last colony, many wonder how to govern the colonies and territories of the UEU. Many of these spacenoids thought they would govern themselves, the UEU would decide to govern the human race from Earth. Around this time those who were left on Earth began to think of themselves as the higher ups in human society. For they are ones who are still left on Earth and in which it governs all of humanity from. 

Around this time the seeds of war had already started to grow, representatives from Earth visited the colonies with best intensions but the party was almost assassinated. Angry with this the UEU set up stricter laws in hopes of “punishing” the colonist. Soon the colonist struck back with such a force it caused open warfare, both sides nearly at the same time found a way to harness “Cold Fusion” and because of the way they came about it caused an adverse affect on how wars are fought. No longer could armies use long-range weapons to do battle, for the Minovsky Particles blocked all higher end frequencies on the electromagnetic scale. Thus the dawn of mobile suits begin, these large robots used for war was the key to military dominance and who ever had the better mobile suits won. 

The fighting lasted just little over one year and victory belonging to the UEU forces, the colonies had to give up their autonomy and bare the UEU rule. Though the UEU did win the amount of losses in the war nearly destroyed the government, this allows cracks to form to allow resistant groups to form and cause some problems. Not only that but a group from the Asteroid Belt called Aesthir’s began their invasion of the Earth Sphere. Thus the time of the UEU had ended, fighting between the Aesthir and the remaining Earth Sphere forces from the AEUG and other groups were finally able to beat back the invaders. They now limp home to get ready for yet another war.
