Tekubi Tori: A counter technique to a hand grab, the user exerts painful pressure on the attacker's hand and throws him. Learning Time: 1 Day, Prerequisites: None.

O-goshi: A throw similar to those found in Judo, the fighter bends and throws his opponent over his hip. Learning Time: 1 Day, Prerequisites: None

Juji Gatame: A ground armlock, usually applied after throwing the opponent flat on his back. The fighter lies across his opponent and captures his arm at the elbow and wrist. If the opponent does not give up, the fighter has the option of breaking the arm. Learning Time: 2 Days, Prerequisites: 3 Strength, 3 Stamina, 3 Dexterity

Sankaku-shime: A brutal and dangerous choke, often barred from competitions, the fighter forces his opponent into a “triangle” made up of his legs and one of his opponent’s arms. Although difficult to learn, once an opponent is locked into it, it’s very difficult to get out. Learning Time: 3 Days, Prerequisites: 5 Strength, 5 Stamina, 5 Wisdom, 5 Dexterity

Butterfly Kick: An overly fancy, flying kick in which the user spins through the air, hitting three opponents at once. Learning Time: 3 Days, Prerequisites: 8 Dexterity, 4 Stamina

Dragon Claw: Similar to the Iron Fist, the student conditions his fingers and palms to be like a dragon’s talons, able to slash and hold on tightly. Learning Time: 4 Days, Prerequisites: 6 Fortitude, 8 Strength

Iron Broom: Essentially the same as Iron Fist but applied to the legs, the student strikes trees and other hard objects repeatedly and conditions the shins until they’re like steel. Learning Time: 4 Days, Prerequisites: 6 Fortitude, 8 Stamina

Techniques-
Forged Needle: The forte of the Takayanagi family, taught to the current head of the Juken-bu because of her close ties to them, is a remarkably powerful and difficult to learn attack. Utilizing ki, body mechanics and fighting spirit, it allows the user to not only deliver an incredibly strong punch but to project the force from the strike, up to four and a half meters. In addition, the fighter can actually shoot the force through people and objects, hitting whatever is on the other side. Learning Time: 6 Days, Prerequisites: 8 Strength, 6 Stamina, 7 Wisdom, 8 Spirit, 8 Dexterity

Body Manipulation: One of Maya’s personal specialties, this isn’t an offensive or defensive technique per se. Rather, one can manipulate and shrink their body in any matter of ways, in Maya’s case, returning to the form of a small child. However, if the user becomes exhausted or sustains grievous wounds while in her shrunken form, she will return to normal, as fellow Body Manipulation user Isuzu Emi once found out in a duel against Maya. Muscle Bomb: A specially designed technique equally potent for both defense and offense. The fighter contracts his muscles at the exact moment an opponent’s attack touches him. The result is that the force of the attack is rebounded back, delivering at least equal force to the attacker. Learning Time: 8 Days, Prerequisites: 10 Strength, 10 Fortitude
