I gave him a condition so we can cover our asses in case he is being subcontracted out by Zeon or if he has his own plans. I told him if he keep himself unhidden and moves to the location where he plans to build a colony for his "Retirement" and we would wire him the funds.
If he goes along with this it gives us a chance to get out ahead of any plans he may have. We could have a fleet hanging around to intercept him if he tries to pull something.

I made a deal to get Roslyn O'Hara to join us and help fight the zeeks in the final stretch and it paid off well in my opinion. H ewants 1,000 rp as payment and he want permission to build a colony in one of the appropriate area.
I think its a small price to pay seeing as we won the war. An we shouldn't need a whole lot of rp to maintain the peace seeing as some of the zeeks will surrender. Opinions?
EDIT: I might add I'm also very concerned with the fact that he would have enough for a nuke and could use it against us.
