Base description pages

All of the NPC bases have description pages, with a map and a bit of supplementary information about the base and the characters there.

Player built bases can have these things too, but I'm not going to make them. However, here is a template so that you can make one yourself. It's kind of like a profile! Stuff in all caps you need to fill in.
