Name: Michael Kreuz E2 Seaman
Age: 20
Height: 194cm
Weight: 59kg
Hair Color: Black
Eye Color: Blue
Dress: Kreuz seems to wear some kind of canvas pants and jacket most of the time, I never pressed him about it because you can at least see his rank pins. I'm sure if you ask him to, he'll follow standard dress procedures. (Transfer office addendum: Kreuz has since switched to a tan EFF uniform. The pants seem a little baggy on him, though...)
----------------------------
His hair tending to drift in front of his face when he moves about ships, most people don't ever take notice of Michael Kreuz's features unless they talk to him face to face. His habit of dressing like no group of crew members in particular adds to this, resulting in no one taking particular notice of him as he goes about his duties. His superior officers, however (on the occasion that they deal with him directly), note his appearance, and are surprised by his blue eyes, always looking calculating and focused. His mouth is usually bent into a tight, less-than-noticeable frown threading across his lower face, complimented by his slim jawline. His recent transfer has made him more apt to wear his uniform at all times.

Personnel File
"....He's not very talkative, but seems sociable enough. He's attached himself pretty closely hangar crew around here. He probably appreciates their mutual enjoyment of moving around in 0g. Related to that, he moves around very comfortable in 0g situations, which is probably how we got him on a mobile suit in the first place. In combat, he moves pretty efficiently, making great use of debris and asteroid cover, and some of the squads have described seeing his GM move "like it was having some kind of freaky-deaky slow-mo seizure." I asked him about it, and he told me he was just positioning himself for the best shot. I didn't have a problem with that because, well, compared to all the other pilots, we've had to allocate a lot less fuel for his maintenance. On the piloting topic, while I remember, he also seems to tap his fingers a lot when he's waiting for enemy Mobile Suits. He's a little strange, but he's a good pilot, which is probably why he's being sent to you."
-----------------------------------
Noted above, Kreuz is by no means a loner, though he does seem to have an individualistic approach to combat. He always follows orders, sometimes honoring the spirit of the order rather than the letter. In combat, he makes great use of AMBAC systems by positioning himself (often in some strange looking poses) to engage enemy targets as efficiently as possible. While waiting for a target to enter his line of sight, Michael tends to tap his fingers absentmindedly, rather than being a sign of impatience. On ship or base, he gravitates towards people with a similar mindset about space to his own, never showing much in the way of an opinion about politics, despite his youth spent in a Zeon controlled colony.
------------------------------------
History.
"Things get a little sticky here. Records show that he grew up in Side 3, but his parents took him and bailed with some other civilians when things got heavy. Something happened to their transport, got shot down, apparently, and it left him and some others stranded in space. I guess the assholes who shot their shuttle didn't feel like reporting it. Anyway, one of our ships passed through there a little while later, picked him and the others up, and sent them on their way. Kreuz stayed behind though, enlisted as a civilian with the Space Forces. As long as I've shown him, he's never shown any animosity towards the Zeeks, but I'd be surprised if he wasn't harboring some ill will for them. He's a good soldier, and his loyalty to us is unquestionable, whether or not he agrees with the war. Anyway, I hope you can make use of him, he's a damn fine shot with whatever weapon we've thrown at him, so he should give you some good data."

------------------------------------
Once again, the above notes excellently highlight his past, leaving me only to mention something of an interesting note: While he is most certainly an above grade shot with Mobile Suit weaponry, his markmanship skill with man-sized rifles is laughably negligible.
