Alright, Chan said he moved his fleet to side 2 the same update as you guys are attacking, but I don't think he's planning on staying there.
He's probably going to try and get me to go to 3 days from earth, and I bet he'll move there next update.
So, I'll probably head to side 2 and smash some mines.

The very next update? Hm....I'd stay put, depending on the state of the fleet.

Yeah, I'll see what happens after your attack, but I think this might be the best choice of action.

Radune, Chan will probably repair at Side 2. I advise you don't go in there. Remember what happened last time you tried to second-guess Chan?
And yes, Zero. Wait at 2e until it swings by.

What should the strike fleet consist of ship-wise
Zero and I should travel to 2e monday yes?
And I didn't realize l3 was a location within 3e you learn something new every day
How does one go about destroying a mine?

By targeting the things that go boom. Especially inside the hangar. Or by storming it, wiping out resistance, and setting it to blow via closing certain valves etc.

Okey dokey I'll take a look at the defenses the specific mines we'll target have and plan accordingly

At L3 though, I want the PCs to take out Chan's fortress.
Or try.
EDIT: Oh but feel free to send any publics you have with you after a mine or something.

Try to get the Gundam inside the base and watch shit blow up
Maybe Guncannon too
GM Es would provide point defense, and sniper'd cover assaulting units at range. The Yamato would do long-range bombardment while catapulting shit.

I assume I'd stick with the yamato in that case?

If we're lucky, his ship will be in too crappy of shape to come after us, and thus we'll only have to deal with whatever he buys to defend the mines.
