Attitude: Very calm and collected. He is known for being very patient, but when he blows his top he goes on the war path. He is also very accomadating to many personalities and tries to get along with everyone because he knows he will have to rely on people he can't stand to watch his back while in combat.

Things he will say when things go bad- "Bloody Hell!", "Bollocks!", "A son of a bitch!"

Things he will say if things go right- "Uber fucking rightoues mate."

History: Before the war started, Packie served as a member of the Mobile Training Battallion serving as a mobile suit instructor. He was very patriotic and went out of his way to aide the Zeon cause for independence. His loyalty and skills in a mobile suit would earn him a promotion to the SAF where he first seen action in Side 4 in Mau Province during the One Week War. During the fighting it was confirmed that his Zaku alone had shot down fifteeen enemy Saberfish while in combat before even entering the colony. When he finally entered the colony he and his mobile suit team faught their way through the colony using the strength of the MS-06C Zaku to their advantage. His heroic actions inside of Mau Province paved the way for the poison gas operation which led to the deaths of countless people.

For his actions during the One Week War he is promoted in a lavish ceremony thrown by Dozle Zabi. During the event he is even quoted as saying "The killing of tousands is a nessesary evil that must be carried out in order to achieve freedom for all spacenoids." His line was carefully crafted by a member of the SS who had coached him in how to say the line with feeling. The SS man's name was Simon Wolfgang The event was nothing more then a propaganda stunt sanctioned by the SS and the Zabi family. Packie ignored the obvious dramitization of the event and accepted orders to take part in the upcoming battle at Side 5.

While he waits a Lourm for the action to begin, he is shown video of the action taken at Operation British, days earlier before the event. It all had become clear to Packie why the event was thrown. It was not a event to excuse the killing of Federation soldiers. It was to excuse the regimes mass murder of civillians. After finding out the truth, Packie was unable to block out the thought that his actions during the One Week War resulted in the deaths of tousands of people. When he had signed up for the military he had no trouble with the thought of killing military personal, but killing civillians was crossing the line for Packie.

Just before the battle at Lourm, He and two other associates plotted an escape plan that would lead to their defection to the Earth Federal Forces with flight data from the Zaku line of mobile suits. The plan was botched when all three were assigned to fight along side the Black Tri-Stars at Lourm. Fearing that all three men would die if they attempted to escape while being so close to the Tri-Stars, they fought in the battle anyways and even assisted in the capture of General Revil.

Thirteen days after Revil was captured, Packie and his two co-conspiritors escape from Side 3 with the use of a shuttle and a MS-05B Zaku I. Once all four men were able to enter Federation controlled space, the three Zeon defectors were quickly debriefed and the flight data on the MS-06C Zaku II was analyzed and was proven to be legit. The flight data was used to improve the Federation's efforts in creating their own mass produced mobile suit to combat the Zaku II line up of mobile suits. For his actions at Side 3 and his willingness to coperate with Federation authorities he was given an equal rank to his SAF rank in the Federation military. He was given a post at the Augusta Base in the West Artic where he would have a role test piloting and perfecting the RGM-79 GM mobile suit.

His past continues to haunt him while serving the Federation military. Some commanders look at him with great suspison while others are not sure of his true intentions. Because of this he goes out of his way while performing any duty that is asked of him in some cases he is an over achiever.

Before he could begin to take part in the testing of experimental GMs for the Federation Space Forces, he was given an unexpected audience with General Revil. In this meeting Revil for the first time since the escape at Side 3 thanked Packie for his efforts in helping him escape. Revil also looking over Packie's file knew he was upset with not being given an active combat role against Zeon forces, he was given a tranfer to the EFSF under the direct orders of Revil to be assigned to the Auriga Interdiction Battalion to serve as a officer in it and to pick up where the previous one had left off.
