Edge is so much better than Kain if you want to spam throw expensive weapons, btw. I think by the end of tactics advance I had so much awesome shit I was using savethequeens for Throw attacks

I honestly found the Ogre Battle games more intresting than the Tactics Ogre ones. At least they were trying something relatively new in the Ogre Battle ones, rather than a regular ol' turn-based square strategy game.

Yeah, Ogre Battle stood out as far as console strategy went. Tactics Ogre was very typical, which didn't make it BAD, it just didn't stand out. Final Fantasy Tactics was pretty typical as well insofar as gameplay was concerned. It just had a stellar plot. My fave turn based strategy game is Shining Force 2, tho. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jHQZe9cRLo Sooooooooooooooooo hard. Super Robot Wars 3 is pretty good too. I used to have this thing I'd do when I was a kid where I'd play turn based strategy games from start to finish in one setting without saving. It made them more fun.

Let's Play. Essentially, someone plays the game, talks over it and posts the videos for your enjoyment

I used to have this thing I'd do when I was a kid where I'd play turn based strategy games from start to finish in one setting without saving. It made them more fun. Ironman playing is always awesome. Some games like Civilization/Alpha Centauri even have special options that only allow you to save when exiting, and delete the file when you load it.
