Yea, Jack might be of better use in the European field. I'd say Archangelisk, if I had to choose. With their Howitzer to combat as well as Zaku II K and some pretty decent defenses, a Guntank might do the most damage there (and hinder them from focusing their (A) on the attacking force) with some help and free up more units for Constantinople in the European front.
