History: Yoritomo was born a colonist in Zeon territory. His father worked closely with the Zabi family during the early stages of their rise to power following Deikun’s death. Yoritomo’s close relation with the Zabi family earned him tutoring with several of the mentors that the Zabi family personally used for their own children. Being raised with intent to lead, and serve the new Zeon empire. For the last few years Yoritomo has been being prepared to join the Zeon Military, and on the eve of the War. He was assigned to the Test Korps.
After only a few conflicts, Yoritomo was assigned to the Zeon Expeditionary Force under the command of the late Wu Jinyuan. The next few months have brought multiple conflicts for the ZEF group, with few losses and several victories. Yoritomo has plans to continue serving in the ZEF until his orders change. However for now being part of the forward conflicts in space has given the young pilot plenty of opportunity to prove himself. Yet he still hopes to display the prowess that he developed under his tutelage.
Yoritomo has developed somewhat of a grudge against the EFSF pilots, and has approached his superiors concerning his want to prove himself against the best that the Federation can provide. Stories of the battles between Char Aznable and Amuro Ray has sparked Yoritomo’s want to prove that Char isn’t the only pilot capable of representing the Zeon military.
Combat Style: Yoritomo is a adamant follower of the Art of War, being far removed from the ancestors he cherish and wants to emulate, he has found any remnant of ancient Japan to study, emulating the combat styles, and tactics of previous leaders in history. He believes that any victory should be completed with the perfect cut, there for any battle that can be won from the onset before retaliation is the best course. Often during his tutelage he would seek ways to overcome superior opponents always striving to push ahead.
His combat style often entails being the first to strike, and last to strike. He favors suits that rely on speed and maneuverability over direct power using the Zudah during his first conflicts. Yoritomo transferred suits to pilot the Action Zaku after joining the Zeon expeditionary force.
