We're keeping it that high because that's how much Zeon can EASILY pay.
If you guys had a smaller resource pool, we would not be asking for as much. Deal with it.
I must say, it really sucks for Chan, though. I feel bad for him.

Its only a 100rp difference from what I orginally want and what was just suggested by Zero. 1,100rp or Chan can keep his residence at Luna II.
