Yeah, I'm willing to let the Zaku II E drop. We'll cut down the truce to 2 days and let you get back to 3e after the trade....I think that's fair overall.
EDIT: Oh, whoops. Looks like I'm being pulled rank over. Zaku II E may still be on the table, I'll back out now and let an actual officer do the dealing.

Ok, you aren't getting anything but a straight up trade... I will gladly welcome Radune to our side.

Any further mention of Radunes possible defection in this thread or anywhere other than the RP board will be met with an instant permanent ban from the entire RPG.
End of discussion.

I'm willing to trim down the Zaku II E. I'll accept a standard Zaku II E along with the temporary truce.

Apologies, as I'm not an officer, but I felt the following should be pointed out.
When we get Wu Jinyuan back, he comes by himself. His ship, which would be the Gwazine the EFSF foolishly sacrificed a fleet for, is not coming with him.
Emil Myberg, on the other hand, will be returning along with his GM E.
What is the significance of this? Well, Myberg will be returned at peak efficiency, where as Chan will be rather useless until a replacement for his ship is found.
Again, apologies, but felt it was something that needed pointed out in these discussions.

I'm no officer either, but I do know that the Gwazine is not up for negotiation. Honestly, yes we sacrificed a fleet to take the Gwazine, but then your side did the same trying to take it back. The result of this is that both sides are down to one powerful ship. The Gwazine for us, and the Tivvay for Zeon. That said, Wu Jinyuan(Chan) owns the Tivvay, thus your point about him not having a ship to captain in moot.
Without his GM-E, Emil doesn't have another mobile suit to use. So in truth it would be Radune who is useless if returned without his GM rather than Chan being useless if returned as is.
Again, also not an officer. but just felt the need to explain the situation before anyone called the trade unfair.

The difference here is that Jinyuan gives us access to officer boards, and Myberg doesn't give you them. This makes Jinyuan more valuable than Myberg.

Yet, you seem more concerned about getting Radune and his mobile suit back.
You're also incorrect, he could always get another Mobile Suit so it's not as if he'd be completely useless.
You're unwilling to return the ship, so why should we be willing to return the mobile suit?

But you're forgetting that we'd have to buy a new mobile suit, and you already have another ship.

Because otherwise you will not be getting him back.

Our officers have agreed to drop the zaku II E and go for a straight up trade, [Radune and a GM E] OR [3,000 RP] for Chan, both parties will be transported to +2DE, swapped, and then the truce as outlined earlier will apply for 3 days.

Seeing as certain events have unfolded we will change our old offer to 2,000rp for the release of Wu Jinyuan.

How about 500 RP for him back? I'd be willing to do 1-2,000 if you ALSO agreed to give the Monarch back to either Chan or myself.
But as it stands, you're asking for far too much for one low-level officer. And if I didn't know any better, I'd swear you priced his release that high just so we'd turn you down. But as I said, you're asking for way too much for just one prisoner. If you'd have captured 2 or 3 of us, then this might be acceptable, but not for one person.
