"This is how it's gonna work, buddy. The chief rides by, we jump out, and we steal from him, got it?" "Got it, boss." Airinth Argonsdotter and the skeleton peeked out from the bushes they hid in, waiting for Ball Punyon to ride by with his menagerie of valuable items. The two had been working on their plan for almost ten minutes, making sure there was absolutely nothing that could go wrong. The last two times they had not planned things out and had accidentally ambushed poor people who were definitely not Ball Punyon. Now, though, they were sure it was him! He rode on the back of a large lizard after all. As soon as his strange vehicle was next to the bush, the two would-be robbers jumped out with malice in their eyes. "Give us your stuff!" Airinth demanded. Ball Punyon looked at the pair for a moment before grunting "No." and shooting them with his Captain's Squirt Gun. The Skeleton was first to take a hit, running around screaming something about wet bones and burning moistness before disappearing into the bush. Airinth was slightly luckier, avoiding the mayor's first shot and almost getting close enough to use the bronze gladius, but was soon stopped by a couple of effeminate pirates. The two had their own weapons ready and fired powerful streams of water from their charms, pushing the merchant back into the bush they'd started in. "Alright, back on the bus," Ball grunted. "Get a move on." Outcome: Village Chief Ball Punion escapes to the Village!
